Covered parking, on-site laundry, and a recycling program make life here refreshingly easy. All apartments are unfurnished.
Pet Rent – $10/month/pet
Pet Fee – $150
Pet Deposit – $150 (refundable)
Cats and Dogs Allowed (max of 2).
Pets must be over 1 year of age and less than 40 lbs when full grown.
No aggressive breeds (Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, mixes, etc.).
We pride ourselves on a clean outdoor space so we issue $25 fines (first offense) and $50 fines (second offense) to dog owners who do not clean grounds after their pets.
Unauthorized pets are not allowed on property. Visiting pets are only allowed with written authorization from the office.
